Jake Sparks, LMFT
Clinical Director
Jake works from a relational, thoughtful approach that blends practical tools with deeper insight. He believes therapy should feel both grounding and empowering — a place where clients can slow down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and build skills that support meaningful, lasting change. His style is collaborative and strengths-based, meeting clients where they are and moving forward at a pace that feels manageable and supportive.
With extensive experience supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, OCD, and complex emotional patterns, Jake helps clients identify unhelpful cycles, strengthen relationships, and develop clarity around their values and goals. He focuses on helping people feel more confident in their ability to navigate stress, uncertainty, and everyday challenges.
Clients often describe Jake as warm, thoughtful, and deeply present. He brings consistency, curiosity, and compassion into each session, helping clients feel less alone as they work toward greater balance, connection, and emotional well-being.
April Jeppson-Reeve, CSW
Therapist
As an EMDR-trained therapist, I’m passionate about helping individuals and couples heal from trauma and navigate life’s transitions with confidence. Using EMDR, IFS, Gottman, DBT, CBT, and Polyvagal approaches, I offer a compassionate space for growth and self-discovery. I work with women, adults, and couples to heal past wounds and build intentional, values-aligned lives—often alongside my certified therapy dog, Bella, whose calm presence helps clients feel safe and grounded.
I help clients heal from trauma, navigate life and faith transitions, and strengthen relationships using EMDR, IFS, and Gottman approaches. Together, we’ll create space for healing, clarity, and confidence so you can move forward feeling grounded and connected to your authentic self.
Seeking support takes courage, and you don’t have to face it alone. Healing is possible, and together we can uncover the calm, clarity, and confidence you’ve been longing for. If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
